The keel is solid hand laid fiberglass with vinyl ester resin. The hull below the waterline is manufactured from an epoxy matrix shell over a lightweight Core-Cell foam core with the hull above the waterline being epoxy matrix over end-grain balsa core. The longitudinal interior bulkheads are also end-grain balsa/epoxy. All panels are joined by pro-set epoxy.
